Why can't I continue in A Witch's Tale?

I already beat the game, and I played a second time on my first save file. After reaching all of the kingdoms and getting all the Tauth Dolls, I tried talking to Loue to go to Alice's World. But every time I asked him, he just says "The Eld Witch is powerful, we should listen to Scotch and head to Rem Sacchras to rescue the princess," the same thing he said when I first started. I've tried everything, what do I do? Loue won't let me into Alice's World!
