Sleep Paralysis; Helpp !?

Okay people help me out here ! Latley I have been having Sleep Paralysis , i did a little bit of research about it to inform my self more ... i was wondering if it was dangerous, i read articles,blogs, etc and rumor has it thats its not so much dangerous its just part of REM (Rapid Eye Movement) or whatever. But if its not so dangerous or spirtually dangerous then why do i see things or hear things in my head!? , sometimes episodes all i can see is black, some i felt like i was going to die in my bed from suffocation, and some are just uncontrollably uncontrollable. Im stuck paralyzed wondering what the hell, i say Jesus help me or In the name of jesus i rebuke you but i mean does this shiiiiiit end ?
