Does he like me or not?

so there is this 1 guys who i think like me every one thinks it.so this one guy we can call him spenc he always says like you go girl or thing like that when i say i went to a party or I just caused a girl out for making fun of my friend and this one time I was talking to spenc friend sam and I was standing nexyt to sam and spenc and spenc was all like i will protect you from sam and he has like a nickname for me norm and always makes fun of my name he told me he loved me and liked me when this girl told him to say it and he did right in front of me and this one time spenc didn't have lunch money and he is like so popular and I'm just average and have my own clique and he was standing with one of the most popular girls in school and he like yelled out my name and said if I had lunch money and was surrounded by like so many of his popular friends.also i went to the mall with a friend i was weraing a tank top and some shorts I was hot so took of my sweater and spenc was with his friends and across all popular people and yelled out my name and said hi to me like a billion times and I was so embarrassed because I don't talk to the most popualr girl or even look at her or cross paths with her? so do you think spenc like me?all my friends think so but IDK so what do u think?
