What difference is there with CCI 22lr Mini Mag ammo and the same with the green tag name?

Mac pretty much summed it up. Just wanted to add, the reason Green Tag is more accurate is that tighter tolerances are held during its production and final inspection. That plus the slower muzzle velocity in .22 RF make for a more accurate cartridge.
