Do girls normally compare 'sexual notes' of their boyfriends?

I got a weird surprise tonight at happy hour when I found out that my girlfriend and her lady work friends share every dirty detail about their bf's with each other, to the extent that they can describe exactly what I look like in a birthday suit and moves i do in bed... they know each others routines in bed, they are sending each other nude txt pics of their bf's, I wasn't upset I figured its a "chick clique" thing, but I mean it's like a secret sharing convention..... Is that just how ladies socialize, or is it a competition type thing like everything else they talk about at work? Or am I with a weirdo????
