Can someone try to help me...?

hey one of my friends told me to always look on the bright side of life.MAybe its time for you to open up to that teacher let that person into your world and they can help you.My parents aren't like yours so i really don't know what to say to them but maybe you can find a journal and write in that i know it sounds stupid but sometimes i do it n sometimes it works so give that a try.That teacher that you mentioned seems very nice so try to ask to speak to the teacher alone and try to tell them.Wish you the best of luck
