I'm lost here. How did Misa's notebook go to the Task Force?

Light gave the fake notebook back to X-Kira to kill everyone in the warehouse, thinking it was the real one. It was likely that X-Kira hid the real notebook in his locker and Near's team swapped it out then, the morning of the planned attack. That is how Near got the notebook, I'm guessing.
