How to make someone envy you?

I have this one friend. She is like a loser and im all popular and crap. She is always talking about how her life is awesome when i know shes lying because i did the same thing a couple years ago and when she tells me something , i remember what she said and a few days later i would ask her a question about it and it would be a different answer. So how do i make her want to be me? Like how alot of girls want to be like massie block from those clique books, how do i make her want to be like that with me?
