What are the dominant brainwaves in REM sleep?
It appears REM sleep consists of mostly Theta brainwaves. Theta brainwaves are present in the hippocampus part of the brain; thought to process memorys during REM sleep. But REM sleep has a very unique brainwave pattern, it's difficult to tell.
