How can I unfreeze my Blackberry Storm 2?

I recently installed a theme from the blackberry store and now its asking for "Application Permissions" but it wont let me go any further. It is frozen on the "Allow" or "Deny" screen. How can I get this phone to unfreeze? I have tried taking the battery out and outting it back in but it goes right back to where it was before (the App Permissions screen). Please help, this phone is new to me and I want to be able to use it. Thank you!
