Death Note question.?

The first notebook is the one that Light found in episode 1. The second is with Misa and the third one (I believe) is the one that Rem has. Rem has 2 death notes because if you remember when Rem told Misa the story about the Shinigami who died because of extending a human's life span. The death note of the Shinigami who died is now in Misa's possession
